OUR 30-DAY POLICY
Garment Pick-Up Policy
Ace Custom Tailors (“we,” “us,” or “our”) will not be held responsible for any garments left unclaimed 30 days after notification of completion. Once your alteration is finished, we will notify you via email, text, or phone call. From the date of that notification, you have 30 calendar days to retrieve your items.
While we will make every reasonable effort to safeguard your garments during this period, we are not financially or otherwise liable for any items left beyond the 30-day window. After this time, unclaimed garments may be donated, discarded, or repurposed at our sole discretion.
We kindly encourage you to pick up your items promptly to avoid any issues.
